Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original format (eBook).

Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of digital products, all eBooks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once downloaded. This includes all downloadable products, including eBooks, audio, and video content.

Refunds

Once a refund is requested and reviewed, we will notify you via email if the request is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and refunded to the original payment method. Please note that this may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank or payment provider account again.

If it still hasn’t appeared, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced eBooks may be refunded. Sale items or eBooks purchased during a promotional period cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for digital products unless the product is defective or there was an issue with the download. If you believe there is a defect with the eBook you purchased, please contact us at support@gooo-staro.com.

Gift Purchases

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we process the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be credited to the gift giver.
